½ C oats and whey protein

NO EXERCISE TODAY

Protein, ½ c oats and yogurt

Chicken 3 oz yams, ff refried beans and salsa

Chicken 4 oz white rice and ½ avocado

Total Cheat pig out

I did great with the eating until the end of the day. I just had to eat and unfortunately, I lost control a little. I do believe I needed it though.
