Week 1 Day 1

Well folks,
This is the easy part, this is my first day of the new venture to live a healthy lifestyle. After my shoulder surgery, I really lost all focus. So now, I will provide you each day with my exercise and food intake so you can track my progress and perhaps join me in this crusade. I will also be posting upcoming group exercise events if you would like to join me for some good outdoor fun.

Ground Turkey and beans and apple


Fresh veggies with hummus

Pull-ups 3x3


Body weight upright rows 3x8


Body weight lunges 3x20 superset




8 count burpies 9x3


Body plank 35 secondsx3 superset
