Week 2 Day 1

This was a good workout day, and the diet went well. But, I was on my feet the rest of the day so I could feel the affects of the workout on my body throughout the day.

Squat jumps 20x3 superset

Tortilla, boca burger, and spices bake

Chin ups 3x3

Protein bar and apple

Body weight rows 8x3

Alternating split squat 20x3 superset

Garden salad, 5 oz chicken and balsamic vinaigrette

Double crunched 15x3

½ c egg beaters

Single leg plank pose 30 sec x 3

Tricep pushups 15x3

HIIT 20 minutes elliptical machine
