Week 1 Day 5

Today was a horrible day at work, so the exercise really made me feel better. The stair running almost killed me, but I made it through.

Push- ups 20x3


Body weight squats superset 20x3

Beef soup w/ ½ c brown rice



Body Weight lunges 15 each leg x3

Shrimp, whole wheat pasta and Italian gravy

Pull-ups 4x3


Body weight rows 9x3 superset

Fat free yogurt, 1c Go Lean, & Whey Protein



8 count burpies 9x3


Plank 40 sec x 3




15 minutes of stair running
