Week 1 Day 6

Well, I made it through another day. Ate well and had a great workout. The HIIT is a real burner.

1A seated row to neck 120# x3


1B Partial concentration lunges x 3

Garden Salad w/ 4 oz of chicken



2A Swiss ball leg curls 15 each leg x3

½ c oatmeal, ½ c egg beaters, ¼ c ff ricotta cheese & ½ c fresh pumpkin (protein pancake)

2B Dumbbell pull-overs 35# 15.3




Supermans 3x 60 seconds




Triceps pushups 3x15




HIIT on treadmill 20 minutes
