4 oz chicken and fresh vegetables

High bicep curl 10x2

Tricep Press 10x2

1 leg squat 15 per leg x 2

1 leg lunge 15 per leg x2

Suspended oblique crunch 15x2

Reaching V sit 10x2

Suspended Pike 6x2

3 rounds of 1.25 minute rounds on the heavy bag

This was a tough day. I am very sore after the workouts, my legs especially. Fortunately, I have not been too hungry, but I know that the temptations will be there. But, all I can do is focus on today and continue to eat clean and exercise. If I do that, I am sure I will succeed.
