Go lean, ¾ c skimmed milk, protein

NO EXERCISE



½ c egg beater, ½ c oats, ½ c ricotta cheese, 1 banana. Mixed together and made a pancake. Topped with low cal syrup and fat free whipped topping




Mixed nuts




South West Crock Pot chicken




1c fat free plain yogurt, banana, 1c puffed wheat
